Mark Paulino, N.J. Santa actor facing child pornography charges, to appear at detention hearing

A former New Jersey teacher who portrays Santa will have a detention hearing on Tuesday. After Mark Paulino was charged with child pornography offenses, a judge will decide whether he should remain incarcerated through future court proceedings.
