Man arrested after allegedly accidentally shooting 9-year-old near North Philly McDonald's: police
Police said 32-year-old Derrick Marshall was walking alongside the girl when his gun accidentally discharged in the parking lot of a North Philadelphia McDonald's on Wednesday, hitting her in the leg.
