John Dougherty reporting to prison Tuesday to begin six-year sentence
Convicted former Philadelphia labor leader John Dougherty will report to prison on Tuesday, Oct. 1 to begin his six-year sentence. Dougherty was convicted of corruption and embezzlement charges in two trials earlier this year.
