Free rap concert and rally in North Philadelphia aims to mobilize young Black voters

A special event is happening in neighborhoods here and across the nation. This is National Black Voter Day. The Met on Broad Street in North Philadelphia will host a special rally designed to reach young Black people. Enjoy a concert, register to vote, then make your voice heard on Election Day.
