Dry and breezy end to February in Philadelphia area before blast of cold arrives for the weekend

There could be some stray lake-effect rain or snow showers in the Poconos but the rest of our region is dry to close out the month of February. Temperatures will plummet Saturday as a blast of cold air arrives for a more wintry Sunday.
