Driver hospitalized after car falls into creek in Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, police say

A driver is in extremely critical condition after his car fell into Cresheim Creek near Lincoln Drive and Cresheim Valley Drive in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, police said.
