Driver arrested after crashing into Northeast Philadelphia police station: "absolute deliberate act"
A driver was arrested after plowing a car into a police station in Northeast Philadelphia on Tuesday. Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel said it appeared to be an intentional attack.
