Downed utility pols trap 33 adults and 12 kids in their cars in Maryland
The storm system that swept through the northeast Monday night downed utility pole lines on a stretch of Route 140 in west Maryland, trapping 33 adults and 14 kids in their cars until the power could get shut off.
