Delaware State Police release identity of man accused of fatally shooting trooper at DMV

Delaware State Poiice say 44-year-old Rahman Rose shot and kiilled Cpl. Matthew "Ty" Snook in a DMV office on Hessler Boulevard in Wilmington on Dec. 23.
