Collingswood Board of Commissioners voids EMS contract after conflict of interest
The City of Collingswood's Board of Commissioners voted Monday to void a contract that outsourced EMS services to Virtua Health due to a conflict of interest issue. Mayor Daniela Sonalo Ward's husband works for Virtua, and she did not recuse herself from the initial contract vote.
