BREAKING: Woman shot in car on Roosevelt Blvd in Northeast Philadelphia

The northbound outer lanes of Roosevelt Boulevard are closed after a woman was shot in her car at the intersection of Conwell Avenue Northeast Philly Friday afternoon.
