Bill that would create tax breaks for New Jersey diners advanced by state Senate committee
The New Jersey Senate advanced the "Saving our Diners and Protecting Our Past," or SODA Pop Act. The bill would create a registry of historic diners and implement tax breaks for certain restaurants.
