At least 30 displaced after strong storms rip through Philadelphia, tear part of roof off building
At least 30 people were displaced after a strong storm ripped part of the roof off their building in West Philadelphia on Saturday, city officials say. Across the Philly area, the storms knocked down trees and power lines and flooded streets.
