Artists painted these Liberty Bell replicas to celebrate America 250

From a bell depicting a vibrant Latin American neighborhood in Philadelphia to one with paints mixed with Delaware River water, meet the artists working on the Bells Across PA project in celebration of the U.S.' 250th anniversary. Nikki DeMentri reports.
