Another day of brutal cold around Philadelphia before temps warm into the 40s
Monday got off to another frigid start around the Delaware Valley with morning temps in the single digits and wind chills below zero. Winds calm down today and the region will have plenty of sunshine before temperatures warm into the 40s tomorrow, closer to normal for this time of year.
