After a cool start to Tuesday with highs in the 70s, Wednesday will be a dreary, rainy day at the shore due to a coastal low that develops offshore and could lead to showers as far inland as Philadelphia or the suburbs. Meteorologist Kate Bilo has the latest forecast.
