Advocates say roads should be safer after Philadelphia cyclist killed in hit-and-run

A 67-year-old man died after he was hit by a car while riding his bicycle in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park Tuesday. Advocates say the intersections in the area would be safer if bike lanes were added.
