13 people charged in car theft ring connected to the murder of Philly officer Richard Mendez

It's been nearly two years since a Philly police officer was shot and killed inside a parking garage at the airport. We learned that crime was connected to an auto theft ring that spanned four states — Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and New York. Authorities announced that over a dozen people have been arrested in connection with a major auto theft ring based in Camden. Ray Strickland reports.
