Wolf, in a press conference this morning to talk about the latest on the winter storm that pummeled our area, said it was the biggest storm this part of the country has ever had and it threw authorities for a loop from the very beginning.
Most major highways had been cleared by early Sunday, including the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike. But reduced speed limits were in place on most of those roadways.
