Pennsylvania State Police say a three-car accident happened on I-476 southbound near Exit 3 in Nether Providence Township.
The accident, involving two jackknifed tractor-trailers, has only one lane open on I-476 southbound just south of Route 1.
The accident was initially blocking the right lane; however, all lanes have since reopened.
The driver was initially trapped, but crews were able to remove him from the dump truck.
