It happened around 8:45 p.m. Friday at Fulton and Weld Streets, the immediate area of the football complex.
The shooting occurred around 11:30 p.m. on the 1600 block of S. Christopher Columbus Blvd.
As of Friday night, there have been at least 413 homicides in the city, which is a 20% increase from this time last year.
