Edward Anthony Nece was identified as the man found dead at the banks of the Delaware River in Bucks County thanks to genealogy, ending a 20-year-old cold case.
Authorities say a northwestern New Jersey woman and her adult daughter drowned after their kayaks overturned on the Delaware River.
The drowning reportedly happened during an aquatics class at the Burlington County Special Services School District.
The Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area says National Park Service boat operators found the body of 51-year-old Juan Roberto Salomon Delacruz of Brooklyn late Saturday afternoon.
