Your Guide To The Philly Home Show

It's that time of year again! The Philadelphia Home Show is back and bringing with it tons of landscaping and design events and exhibits. Check out our guide for the inside scoop.

Where: The Philadelphia Home Show is held in the Pennsylvania Convention Center at 12th & Arch Streets and features tons of exhibitors in home design, construction, cleaning, electronics, art, organization and more. A portion of the proceeds from the show benefit Project H.O.M.E., which aims to provide better housing, health and education for Philadelphia's low-income and homeless families.

Designer-Room Home Show

Designer Rooms
Take a walk through the show's four designer "rooms," which were created by top interior designers from the likes of Dwelling and Le Montage.

Clover Market
Vintage fiends and lovers of the "Shabby Chic" aesthetic should flock to these pop-up shops, open Jan. 14-15 and 21-22. For a list of vendors, click here.

Love Local Nights

These three events are sponsored by Rolling Barrel and will take place on Jan. 17, 18 and 19. Tuesday focuses on cocktails with Philadelphia Distilling, Wednesday's all about local wine and cheese and spotlights the Brandywine Valley Wine Trail, and Thursday's goodies are beer and cookies (!!!) from Night Kitchen Bakery in Chestnut Hill.

Balloon Freak
Yes, that's seriously his nickname. Guinness Book of Records holder John Cassidy is back to show off his sculpting skills on Sunday, Jan. 15 and Monday, Jan. 16.

Strawberry Shortcake
Strawberry Shortcake pops up at the Home Show to meet with the kiddies (and her older fans from the late 80s/early 90s!) on Jan. 16.

Meet the Phillie Phanatic
The world's cutest mascot will be at the Xfinity Experience Stage on Saturday, Jan. 21 and Sunday, Jan. 22 from 11 a.m. for the kids to meet and take pictures with.

Celebs: There are a number of celebrities slated to attend, including HGTV's Todd Davis (of "Room Crashers") and Kimberly Lacy (of "Curb Appeal: The Block"), as well as the History Channel's Rick Dale of "American Restoration." For the full list of notable guests, click here.

Tickets: Adults are $13, kids (6-12) are $3 and kids under 5 are free. If you buy your adult tickets online here, you'll chop $3 off the purchase price.
