Wine Warehouse Owner Surprises Customers With Random Act Of Kindness

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Wine Warehouse is in the business of selling spirits and apparently, lifting them too.

On Thursday, Shaun McCann learned that firsthand after losing something very important inside. If you watch the security footage, you can see a pair of $160 tickets to the Guns N Roses concert, fall to the floor.

The two friends never noticed, until they were ready to head to the show.

"It would have ruined my year if I couldn't go to the concert," McCann said.

That's why he wants everyone to know about Mark Stagliano, the general manager of Wine Warehouse.

Usually the high definition surveillance cameras are used to catch shoplifters, but this time, it's the very thing that helped track down the pair of friends that dropped the tickets.

'He used my credit card to find my name, searched on Facebook, found out we had a mutual friend, who called me to tell me he had our tickets." McCann explained.

For Stagliano, it was simply the right thing to do. "People come in here because we go the extra step and make sure they're taken care of," Stagliano said; something two Guns N Roses fans learned is priceless.
