Over in Manayunk, Bruce Cooper, owner of Jake's and Cooper's wine bar, hosts a charity feeding event this Sunday to help homebound area residents. He says meals will be delivered to their homes.
"My job's the easy job -- cooking turkey for 500," Cooper (below) tells KYW Newsradio. "The hard job is putting together the list and organizing it by every street, where people on different streets will be able to deliver to their own neighbors. And in most cases it's usually a family that does it."

Executive pastry chef Jennifer Low (below) says there's a suggested donation of one dollar per cookie, and all proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross to help victims of Hurricane Sandy.

"We're gonna have a supply of icings and sprinkles and little sugar beads and all kinds of different things that they can put on their cookies," Low explains.
