Police: Teen Boy Dies After Being Shot In Head, Chest
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A teenage boy was shot and killed in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia on Wednesday night.
Police say the 17-year-old victim was shot once in the head and once in the chest on the 6700 block of North 16th Street around 7:30 p.m.
He was transported to Einstein Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Police are investigating the shooting.
