TV's "Snooki" Fined $500 for Shore Dustup

She's annoying -- and she admits it.

KYW's Ian Bush reports that Snooki has been fined $500 after pleading guilty in municipal court in New Jersey to disturbing beachgoers in Seaside Heights in July.

The judge called her a "Lindsay Lohan wannabe" before imposing the fine and one day of community service.

A lawyer for the "Jersey Shore" cast member says his client, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, had been drinking before she stumbled around the beach and used loud language.

Polizzi apologized to police and anyone else she bothered.  She claims the incident was not scripted for the MTV reality show even though cameras were rolling during it.

Reports say Polizzi and other cast members command thousands of dollars in appearance fees simply for showing up and partying at a bar or club.
