Traffic backed up on I-95 North in Philadelphia's Port Richmond section because of crash

Traffic is backed up on I-95 North in Philadelphia Wednesday evening because of a crash near East Allegheny Avenue. 

Two lanes of traffic are now getting by after the multi-vehicle crash. It's not clear if anyone was hurt. At least one car overturned.

Chopper 3 was over the scene around 6:20 p.m., showing significant delays.
