Three Shot Outside Sports Bar In Strawberry Mansion
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Three people were shot and wounded outside of a bar in North Philadelphia.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday outside of Home Plate Sport Bar at 27th Street and Lehigh Avenue in the Strawberry Mansion section of the city.
Police say two men and a woman were taken to Temple Hospital with gunshot wounds to their legs.
"We know at least five shots were fired from a large caliber, semiautomatic weapon," says Chief Inspector Scott Small. "We know the shooter was standing on the corner of 27th and Lehigh. That is where we found five spent shell casings on the sidewalk."
All three victims were listed in stable condition.
Police say they have no motive or description of the suspect at this time.
