Smyrna Man Charged With Raping A Child
DOVER, Del. (CBS)--On September 23rd, an ongoing investigation by the Dover Police led to the arrest of defendant Derek Feamster, 27, of Smyrna, DE, on charges that he allegedly raped a child.
Feamster was charged with six counts of Rape in the First Degree and two counts of Rape in the Second Degree after the 7-year-old victim was interviewed at a Child Advocacy Center.
Feamster has been committed to James T. Vaughn Correction in default of $80,000 bond secured.
