Social media beef might have led to Philadelphia shooting that injured teen, police say
Philadelphia police believe a social media beef might have led to a shooting that injured a 16-year-old in East Germantown Friday night.
The shooting happened on the 1900 block of West Godfrey Avenue around 8 p.m., according to police.
Police said the 16-year-old was shot twice in the legs and placed in critical condition.
So far, no arrests have been made, and no weapon has been recovered, police said.
