PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Matt Rivers will join CBS 3 and The CW Philly's Eyewitness News team as a reporter beginning Monday, August 12, Vice President and News Director Susan Schiller has announced.

Rivers, a New Jersey native, returns to the area from KSAT-TV in San Antonio, Texas where he has been a reporter since 2011 specializing in breaking news and in-depth investigative pieces.
