Red Light Cam Apps
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE -- they're controversial but not illegal: red light camera apps like PhantomAlert and Trapster. They work by other people reporting when they see a red light camera and alerting drivers with an audible warning.
Some authorities think they help. Some officials want them shut down. For now, just remember 10 and 2 when using them.
