Police: Teen Girl Hospitalized After Being Shot In Right Hand In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a 14-year-old girl was shot in her right hand in North Philadelphia. The shooting happened just before 9 p.m. Sunday on the 2300 block of North Lambert Street.
According to police, the teen suffered a graze wound from a gunshot and was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
An investigation is ongoing.
Officials say this is the 111th child to be shot in the city this year.
