Police Searching For Missing Philadelphia Man

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are searching for a missing Philadelphia man and teacher at a local school.

Christopher Tully, of the 2600 block of S. 16th Street, is missing and Philadelphia Police are asking for the public's help in locating him.

Police say the 40-year-old has Bipolar Disorder and has not taken his medication.

On Thursday, the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology released a statement that reads, in part:

The Middle Bucks Institute of Technology is offering its support to students and staff as authorities search for multimedia technology teacher Christopher Tully, who has been missing since January 6.

Mr. Tully, who's worked for the school for the last 12 years, is an exemplary teacher. The Pennsylvania Association for Career and Technical Education named him Outstanding Career and Technical Education Teacher in June 2014.

Our school is extremely concerned about the well-being of Mr. Tully and appreciates thoughts, prayers, and any assistance anyone can offer to police in this search.
