Police Searching For Missing Philadelphia Man Who Is Paralyzed From The Chest Down

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia Police are searching for a missing man who is paralyzed from the chest down.

Fifty-three-year-old Mark Graff was last seen at his home on the 8800 block of Holme Drive on July 9th at 2 p.m.

Mark is described as 5'10" and 260 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing an orange t-shirt and either shorts or sweatpants.

Police say Graff is paralyzed from the chest down and was last seen operating a burgundy 2007 Chevrolet Express specially-equipped van with a Pa. license place of HHF6626.

Anyone with information on Graff's whereabouts is asked to call police.
