Police Request Salt Truck To Treat Black Ice After Truck Crashes Into Utility Pole In West Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Black ice may be to blame for a crash in West Philadelphia. A pickup truck hit a utility pole on the 1600 block of Belmont Avenue about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Officers called for crews to bring a salt truck to the scene.
There's no word on injuries in this crash.
