Police Release Surveillance Video Of Alleged Arsonist
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are hoping surveillance video leads them to an alleged arsonist.
Police have released video showing a suspect appearing to light a fire in a trash can, with the fire then spreading to a nearby car.
The incident happened on Jan. 27 along the 700 block of North 5th Street in Northern Liberties around 5:40 a.m.
There were no injuries.
