Police Officer Injured In Camden County Crash

MT. EPHRAIM, N.J. (CBS) - A police officer was injured Saturday morning after his vehicle collided with an SUV in Camden County.

The accident happened at about 10:30 a.m. in the 600 block of North Black Horse Pike in Mt. Ephraim. The circumstances surrounding the crash are not clear at this time.

The officer and at least one other person in the SUV were transported to an area hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

Black Horse Pike was closed in both directions due to police activity. The accident is under investigation.
