Police: Possible Abduction Was Domestic Incident, All Parties Accounted For
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police in Philadelphia say a possible abduction they were investigating has turned out to be a domestic incident and that all parties involved are accounted for and no one is injured.
Police initially became involved after the couple were observed having having a disagreement that turned physical in Center City Monday night.
No charges have been filed.
