Police: Brandywine Valley SPCA Caring For Emaciated Dog Found In Collingdale
COLLINGDALE, Pa. (CBS) -- The Brandywine Valley SPCA is caring for a dog that was found starving and emaciated on the streets of Collingdale. Neighbors on the 800 block of North Street saw the dog on Saturday and called authorities.
The dog had sores on her body, legs and hips.
Officers have named her Rose after the official Collingdale flower.
