Philly Pops Play Free Concert To Celebrate July 4th In Old City

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Thousands from across the world sat on Independence Mall Friday evening to celebrate the holiday weekend by watching the Philly Pops.
"What a place!" Doug Attebury told Eyewitness News.
Last week, FBI and Homeland Security warned about a potential terrorist attack over the weekend. Law enforcement was out in large numbers in Philadelphia Friday night.
The celebration will continue on Saturday on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway for a free concert and the famous fireworks.
