Philadelphia Trash, Recycling Collection Running Behind Again This Week, Streets Department Says
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- In Philadelphia, trash collection is behind schedule again. The Streets Department is telling residents they should put out their trash and recycling one day later than normal this week.
That's because workers are spending today picking up recycling material that's been backing up for weeks.
Collection has been backed up because of the coronavirus and recent severe weather.
