A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged with murder in connection with a shooting that killed a man and wounded another in February, police said.

Police identified the alleged shooter as Michael Davis Jr., who lived in Philadelphia's East Germantown neighborhood. Tuesday morning, Davis was arrested on the 4900 block of Rubicam Street by the Homicide Fugitive Squad and the U.S. Marshal's Service Fugitive Task Force. 

The 35-year-old is charged with murder, multiple violations of the Uniform Firearms Act, possessing an instrument of crime and recklessly endangering another person. 

The shooting Davis is allegedly connected to happened weeks ago on Sunday, Feb. 16, just after 8:30 p.m., on the 6300 block of North Lambert Street, according to police.

Police said a 33-year-old man and a 38-year-old man were both shot and taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center. The 33-year-old, who was shot multiple times throughout his body and later died, was identified by police as Khalif Moore. 

Police previously said the 38-year-old was placed in extremely critical condition. An update on the injuries was not immediately available.
