Philadelphia Opens Information Centers to Assist Residents With Tropical Storm Isaias Recovery
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The City of Philadelphia has opened information centers to assist residents with storm recovery. Located in Manayunk and Eastwick, the centers are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Both neighborhoods were the scene of damaging flooding.
Red Cross cleanup kits are available for those who need them.
