Philadelphia's 'With Love' Campaign Takes Over NYC
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia's "With Love" campaign is taking over New York City.
Meryl Levitz with the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation says the campaign has overtaken New York's Penn Station.
"With Love Philadelphia, the love letters accompanied by visuals has taken over the walls, the floors, the steps, the pillars, the platforms, the curb billboards of the Amtrak level of the station," Levitz said.
Levitz calls it station domination.
"No other destination has ever done that in New York."
And GPTMC is not stopping at Penn Station. She says the Philadelphia With Love tourism campaign is set to overtake Union Station in March -- and that's not all.
"We are going to be in 5500 NYC taxicabs with clips of a 30-minute special on Philadelphia."
