Pedestrian Struck, Killed In Burlington County, New Jersey
MAPLE SHADE, N.J. (CBS) – Police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred early Sunday morning in Burlington County, New Jersey.
According to police, a pedestrian died after being struck by two vehicles in the northbound lanes of Route 73 around 1 a.m.
Police have identified the victim as Thomas Lewis, 36, of Seaside Heights, New Jersey. He was temporarily staying in a motel in Maple Shade says officials.
Authorities say both drivers are cooperating. Police are investigating. No charges have been filed.
