Man shot, killed in Philadelphia's East Germantown neighborhood over parking dispute, police say
Philadelphia police have identified the man arrested in a fatal shooting connected to a parking dispute in East Germantown on Wednesday night.
Neiko Nichols, 26, has been charged with murder and other offenses in connection with the shooting.
The shooting happened on the 6100 block of Magnolia Street shortly before 7:30 p.m., according to police.
Police said officers responded to the scene and found a 52-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
The victim was later identified as Jerry Fulton.
Nichols was arrested at the scene.
