PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Power was restored to over 4,000 people in Center City Saturday morning, PECO officials say.
PECO officials say lights in Center City went out around 7:35 p.m. Friday night.
Power was restored to all customers at 6:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
