One Injured In Old City Accident Involving Horse-And-Carriage
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – One person was injured during an accident involving a horse-and-carriage and a vehicle.
The accident happened around 3:30 p.m. at 3rd and Callowhill Streets in Old City.
A female in her 20s was reportedly thrown 15 feet and suffered head injuries. She was transported to Hahnemann Hospital, where her condition is unknown.
Traffic is shut down at the scene.
Neither the driver nor the passengers in the carriage were injured.
